The Edible Oils & Fats Division manufactures and markets IndoAgri’s downstream products locally and overseas. These include cooking oils, margarine, shortening, crude coconut oil (CNO) and other by-products derived from palm oil refining, fractionation and crushed copra. The Division operates five advantageously located refineries with a combined CPO processing capacity of 1.4 million tonnes per year.

Our Bimoli. Bimoli Special, Delima, and Happy Salad Oil range of cooking oils are leading brands in the Indonesia market, together with our margarine and shortening which are sold under the Simas, Palmia, Simas Palmia, Amanda, and Malinda brands. According to market research, we are one of few major players dominating Indonesia’s consumer market for branded cooking oils and margarine.

In line with our vertically integrated business philosophy, most of our CPO raw materials are supplied internally. We also leverage the distribution channels of our parent company to supplement our market penetration efforts. Together, our products are sold through direct channels as well as local and national distributors serving approximately 326,000 retail outlets across Indonesia.

The Group also produces and sells a small amount of other palm oil derivative and by-products such as RBD palm stearine and palm fatty acid distillate.

The Group also owns and operates three strategically located copra crushing plants in Indonesia, namely in Bitung in North Sulawesi, Moutong in Central Sulawesi and Tobelo in North Sulawesi which are engaged in the manufacture and export of crude and RBD coconut oil and its by-products to third parties. The Group does not own any coconut plantations and purchases its copra from external sources.
